- We shall be meeting online fortnightly on a Thursday for our 2 hour Group Session via Zoom at 7pm - 9pm GMT. It will be recorded to pick up on replay if you’re unable to attend.
- Every alternative week you will receive a channelled meditation/visualisation/energy exercise relevant to our group session to support and enhance integration. It is pre-requisite to listen to this before our next Group Session, so we can capture any questions arising from the visualisation and discuss together.
- The Facebook Group* forum will be set up as a private group for us to communicate, share and I shall also be posted additional resources, information, tools and questions to explore. I will also be monitoring the group to give support or guidance when needed. *Alternative Online Group can be set up if not everyone is a Facebook user.
- Each month you are paired with a “buddy” (or a small sub-group) so each of you can give and receive focused support from each other. In addition, homework practises will be given in this context to be mutually worked through and shared. A new buddy will be allocated each month so you can get to experience working with different people, experience their unique gifts and develop your resilience in working with new and varied energies.

- 12 x Channelled Meditation/Visualisation/Energy Exercise (bespoke to the groups frequency alternating weeks)
- Homework including working in sub-groups/pairs

- Discounted 1-1 sessions (additional support when needed)
