If you’re signed up for the Portal with a PayPal Business account, you’ll need to manually cancel it inside Paypal following these steps:
- Log in to your PayPal account here: https://www.paypal.com
- Hover over your name in the upper right corner of the screen, then select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Select Money, Banks & Cards from the left side menu.
- Scroll down to Automatic Payments section and select Set Automatic Payments (or Manage Automatic Payments).
- Select Ishala Wayshower Ltd in the list of preapproved payments.
- Select Cancel under the Recurring Payment Settings heading toward the top left.
